Annual Pump Testing 2008

 Ontario Fire Truck will come to your station and go over you truck with our Annual Maintenance program, we will give you a complete report on the truck and the pump, then we will pump test the truck. Letting you know the correct state the truck is in. This is not the standard 20 minute service test; we will do a full 1 hour pump test!

All testing is done in accordance to NFPA 1911 and CAN/UCL-S515-04

NFPA 1911 5.1 States Service tests shall be conducted at least annually and whenever major repairs or modification to the pump or any component of the apparatus that is used in pump operations have been made.

 Our program covers over 120 items on your truck such as valves, gauges, pump packing and safety devices etc. Any minor repairs will be corrected on site, and any major problems will be noted on our check sheet, and a complete estimate of the cost of repair will be supplied for your information.

 A complete report of the status of the unit will be provided for your records, along with a written report of the pump test. We also have a complete line of parts to keep your apparatus in perfect condition from all major manufactures in our warehouse and also in our service trucks for your up most convenience.  To insure service for your department, I have provided a form to help determine the needs of your equipment and repairs to them. An acknowledgement will be faxed to you indicating the approximate date that we will be in the area.
