Ontario Fire Truck Inc. has Introduced 4 levels of Fire Apparatus Service!
The bronze program is a once a year program where we come to your station and do your annual pump flow test. We do a complete in-station check of your fire apparatus, checking all fluid levels, priming system, dry vacuum test and safety devices etc, We will then perform a full 1 hour flow test from a draft site on your fire apparatus and give you a complete report of the results of your Pump!
The silver program is a once a year program where we come to your station and do our annual maintenance program. We do a complete in-station check of your fire apparatus, checking all fluid levels, electrical system, Pump & Transfer Case. Discharge & Suction Valves, Gauges & Flow Meters, Pump packing & Mechanical Seal, Priming system & Dry Vacuum test, Drains & Piping and Pressure Governors, and Relief & Safety devices. We will then perform a full 1 hour flow test from a draft site on your fire apparatus and give you a complete report of the results of your Pump!
The gold program is a program where we come to your station 4 times a year and do our annual maintenance program. We do a complete in-station check of your fire apparatus, checking all fluid levels, electrical system, Pump & Transfer Case. Discharge & Suction Valves, Gauges & Flow Meters, Pump packing & Mechanical Seal, Priming system & Dry Vacuum test, Drains & Piping and Pressure Governors, and Relief & Safety devices etc. In addition to our annual silver program we also check the electrical system, load test your batteries and test your alternator, include your transfer case oil change, dispose of the contaminated oil, do a dry vacuum test each time, and pressure test your pump, checking the complete operation. Once a year we will then perform a full 1 hour flow test from draft on your fire apparatus and give you a complete report of the results of your Pump!
The platinum program is a custom designed maintenance program developed by Ontario Fire Truck and you the customer. No one in the industry can even come close to this maintenance program. This program is for the customer that only wants the best maintenance program for their fleet. Not only having the best preventative maintenance program but also saving money. This program saves the customer 20% in labour costs, 5 to 10% in parts costs. You never pay a service call for unscheduled or regular maintenance. We also include your annual pump testing and your annual aerial ladder maintenance, and give you a complete report on the results of your Apparatus! We do a complete in-station check of your fire apparatus, checking all fluid levels, electrical system, Pump & Transfer Case, Discharge & Suction Valves, Gauges & Flow Meters, Pump packing & Mechanical Seal, Priming system , Drains & Piping and Pressure Governors or Relief & Safety devices etc. We also check the electrical system, load test your batteries and test your alternator, include your transfer case oil change, dispose of the contaminated oil, do a dry vacuum test each time, and pressure test your pump checking the complete operation. This program is also designed around you apparatus fleet, we can even add extra items to make this a complete preventative maintenance program. Any minor repairs can be corrected on site upon approval. We also have a complete line of parts to keep your apparatus in perfect condition from all major manufactures such as Waterous, Hale & Darley in our warehouse and also in our service trucks for your up most convenience. Any major problems will be noted on our check sheet, and a complete estimate of the cost of repair will be supplied for your information.
To insure service for your department, I have provided a form to help determine the needs of your equipment and repairs to them. An acknowledgement will be faxed to you indicating the approximate date that we will be in the area.
